Rooms at the House of Statistics: OPEN CALL

Apply here for rooms in the experimental houses X1, X2 and X3.
Applications for rooms for long-term use in the Haus der Statistik quarter are still possible until 30 June 2025.

The experimental houses will be built in the coming years and will form the room program of the Haus der Statistik initiative in the new building from 2028-2030 – in addition to the space in the existing building at Karl-Marx-Allee 1 (House A).

The three buildings offer space for sustainable management (X1), social learning (X2) and inclusive living and a healthy future (X3).

Who can apply?
We are looking for groups and institutions that have an understanding of the context of the Haus der Statistik pilot project and whose planned use is oriented towards the common good. Solidarity, community and participation should be expressed as central values in the use of the building.

Cultural and educational institutions, associations of artists, cultural workers, collectives, companies and social institutions that would like to realize special forms of housing, cooperatives and actors from the health sectorcan apply; non-profit status is a plus, but not mandatory.

The winter months were used diligently to restructure our website, feed it with information and make it more accessible.

Together with a great team from the Anschläge agency (anschlaege.de), the programmer Guido Handrick, the Haus der Statistik team of ZUsammenKUNFT Berlin eG (Ronja Schweer, Harry Sachs) and the KOOP5 partners, the website was conceived, designed and realized.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been involved in this process! The aim was to make the information on the pilot project, the aspects of cooperative urban development and all events and offers easier to find and more accessible, barrier-free and multilingual – we would be delighted to receive feedback on this!
