Workshop: Fermentation and zero food waste

The Real Junk Food Project Berlin will be hosting a workshop on fermentation techniques, preserving vegetables and thus preventing food waste. The workshop is free, but donations are welcome. The „Real Junk Food Project Berlin e.V.“ is a non-profit organisation and has been committed to combating food waste since 2015. It is our goal to bring the alarming nature and scope of the problem of food waste to the attention of the public as widely as possible and to educate about ways to reduce it. We do this in particular through cooking events, workshops and lectures.
